All attendees will be assigned a single occupancy room with private bathroom. Room types vary across the property, but we will be utilizing the Boarding House, Pool House and Ridge Rooms.

We recommend flying into Newark (EWR) airport.

We will provide shuttles from EWR and New York City. You are also welcome to drive yourself or carpool (there is plenty of free on-property parking).

12:30pm - Departs EWR
12:45pm - Departs NYC

Thursday, Sept 12
10:00am - Both shuttles depart Callicoon Hills with service back to EWR and NYC.

Callicoon Hills is approximately 2.5 hours from New York City and 2 hours from Newark by car.

On average the daily temps in September are in the low to mid 70’s, dropping to the 50’s at night. Bring layers!
