  • Great question! Everyone’s packing list will be slightly different, but check out our suggested packing list for recommendations.

  • We recommend flying into Salt Lake City (SLC) airport.

    We will provide light coordination for carpools or ride sharing.

    When available, add your flight information to the ride group sign-up to let everyone know you want to grab a seat with a fellow founder or two. 

    We highly recommend Canyon Transportation, especially on the return from Alta Peruvian to SLC. It is difficult to get an Uber/Lyft from the top of the mountain (unless you schedule it). Generally speaking, Canyon Transportation is a better option in case of poor driving conditions, but you can take Uber/Lyft if that is your preference.

    Founders book their own rides / we are not providing shuttles.

  • Salt Lake City (SLC) airport is the closet large commercial airport and is a ~45 minute drive away from the property.

  • Pack plenty of warm clothes, as it is will be winter weather! The forecast can range from the mid-40’s during the day to single digit temperatures at night. Of course, weather is subject to change, so please check the forecast as you begin to pack your bags!

  • Yes!

    We will have alternate activities, both indoors and outdoors. Everyone is welcome and we will offer snow-sports and non-snow activities.

  • Yes!

    The Alta Peruvian has an on-site rental shop, and Snowbird offers both ski and snowboard gear.

    Though not required, you can book your equipment at Snowbird in advance.

    Attendees pay for their own equipment rentals.

  • Yes!

    You can ship your gear direct to Alta Peruvian either via FedEx, UPS or Ship Skis.

    If shipping directly with FedEx or UPS, be sure to send with the following information on the label:

  • Lift tickets can be purchased online or in-person when you’re ready to hit the slopes.
