We recommend flying into Salt Lake City (SLC) airport.
Either rally a carpool with folks with similar flight schedules or book your own ride on Alta Shuttle (~$49 each way). To see fellow attendees' travel info, view the Winterfest 2025 Ride Buddy Sign-up.
Resolute does not provide shuttles or shuttle coordination. -
Salt Lake City (SLC) airport is the closet large commercial airport and is a ~45 minute drive away from the property.

Pack plenty of warm clothes, as it is will be winter weather! The forecast can range from the mid-40’s during the day to single digit temperatures at night. Of course, weather is subject to change, so please check the forecast as you begin to pack your bags!

We will have alternate activities, both indoors and outdoors. Everyone is welcome and we will offer snow-sports and non-snow activities.

The Alta Peruvian has an on-site rental shop, and Snowbird offers both ski and snowboard gear.

Though not required, you can book your equipment at Snowbird in advance.

Yes!
You can ship your gear direct to Alta Peruvian either via FedEx, UPS or Ship Skis.
If shipping directly with FedEx or UPS, be sure to send with the following information on the label:
Your Name
Your Arrival Date

Lift tickets can be purchased online or in-person when you’re ready to hit the slopes.
